We were approached by a rapidly expanding building company who wanted to be more efficient with all aspects of their business. They felt that estimation was taking too long, they had no idea of teh true cost of projects against estimated charges and were losing time through face to face staff management.
After several meetings with the team and management we had enough information to start drafting a wire frame of a system that would streamline their workflow, speed up administration, make them more efficient and ultimately profitable.
Once we presented the design and functionality we set about building the solution for them and along the way discussions led to thinking about releasing a version of the software to the general construction market place, there was nothing available that did what this software would as we looked long and hard before proceeding with the build. So it was decided that we would progress and build a fully automated SAAS software for the construction market.
